Our organic chickpea Caserecce have a delicate flavor and a firm consistency that keeps cooking well. They are excellent sautéed in a strong sauce, they add a protein element to vegetable soups and pasta salads (with an energy value in proteins of 26%, comparable to an animal derivative).
All our pasta shapes are rough and porous thanks to bronze drawing and are very quick to cook thanks to the presence of only two ingredients: legume flour and mountain water.
