Biological agriculture

Our Sustainable Approach to Agriculture

To ensure a quality harvest, we adopt sustainable agricultural practices such as crop rotation, green manure, false sowing and conservation of existing biodiversity.
Our goal is to work in symbiosis with a complex ecosystem, minimizing interference and stimulating the natural immune response of plants to pathogens.

The Maturity of Plants

We focus on the maturity of plants, as their experience makes them more resistant and less vulnerable to climate change. This allows us to understand how to best support them.

Adaptation to Climatic Conditions

When we cannot rely on "old" plants, as in the case of cereal or legume crops, we try to choose the species most suited to current climatic conditions. We sow at different times of the year to take advantage of rain or drought periods, which unfortunately have become less predictable.

Our aim

While none of our plots produce “record” yields, that is not our goal. Instead, we are committed to producing nutritious foods with a low environmental impact. Our priority is sustainability, not quantity.
